My Values & Approach

With more than 20 years of experience, I bring together evidence-based psychological approaches with relational, culturally responsive, and integrative healing perspectives. Together, we can explore the patterns beneath the feelings that you are somehow “too much” or “not enough.” My approach is warm and collaborative, while also active and engaged—I won't simply sit back and listen. I will help you understand yourself, build practical skills, and make meaningful changes.

The evidence-based approaches I integrate are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT). I am experienced in supporting people seeking help with anxiety, bipolarity, C-PTSD, depression, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD), and OCD.

As a bicultural, multiethnic psychologist, I view culture and lived experience as sources of strength. I am committed to antiracism, social justice, and standing in solidarity with Black Lives Matter, both personally and professionally. I am culturally, neurodivergent, and spiritually affirming, sex-positive, and poly/kink-aware. You don’t have to leave your culture, spirituality, or authentic self at the door.

Therapy with me is a space to stop performing, become more fully yourself, and discover that confidence doesn't have to come from having everything figured out. It can come from knowing yourself, trusting yourself, and feeling grounded in who you are.
